BAT is recruiting a responsible, hard-working member with can-do attitude to join our Brand Team - an entry marketing position as assistant in the Brand Marketing Team.
If you are a professional graduate with a career in Marketing, Commercial Business, Sales, Investments or related fields, this opportunity is for you.
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:
- Assist the cycle activities readiness with orders for materials printing/production along with close work with the creative agency to ensure on time in full completion
- Assist with purchase orders (POs) and brand budget tracking accordingly
- Assist with liaising with international vendors to ensure orders placement/delivery/tracking
- Assist with analysis of market/brand/product performance metrics in order to support the brand plans
- Cooperate with NPI (new product introduction) and support the team on projects delivery (at level)
- Collaborate with LEX to ensure cycle plan activities/projects handled at level are law and IMP (Internal Marketing Principles) compliant
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Preferred background: economics, marketing, supply chain management or finance
- Proficiency in English: written, spoken and interpersonal
- Solid knowledge of Excel, Power Point
- Commitment & Attention to details
- Good analytical/leadership skills
- Solid communication skills
- A pragmatic approach with can-do attitude
